Boulder County Colorado Blazing Canyon View BWSC

Boulder Canyon is Carved by the rushing waters of Middle Boulder Creek, popular for scenic driving, fishing and rock climbing. Land in this area is a mix of city, county, national forest and private lands. 18 miles from Boulder, Population: 98,889 Altitude (elevation):5,430 feet up to Nederland, Population: 1337; Altitude (elevation): 8230 feet .
Boulder Creek is a 31.4-mile-long creek draining the Rocky Mountains to the west of Boulder, Colorado, as well as the city itself and surrounding plains.
Middle Boulder Creek rises as two forks from the Continental Divide: the North Fork rises in a cirque below Mount Neva and flows 7.5 miles to the South Fork The South Fork rises at Rollins Pass on the Continental Divide and flows 5.5 miles to the North Fork. From the junction of the two forks, Middle Boulder Creek, 13.7 miles long, flows east through the towns of Eldora and Nederland into Barker Meadow Reservoir, a water supply for the city of Boulder, before joining North Boulder Creek to form the main stem of Boulder Creek.

Colorado Rocky Mountain Twin Peaks Autumn View
Sunset scenic view through the autumn trees to the Colorado snow dusted Rocky Mountains Twin Peaks, Mt Meeker on the left and Longs Peak on the right a fourteen-er. What a fantastic time of year in Colorado, now the lower elevation is starting to change after an incredible show in the high country.
We were shooting a senior portrait session on this location with a cool truck and this background. Fun session lots of great autumn colors to use for the portrait session. As I packed up to leave the sky started to light up and this view caught my eye. So I shot a time lapse and a couple nice stills to go with it. Rollinsville Colorado Sunset
A scenic landscape view of the small town of Rollinsville Colorado in Gilpin County with the reflection of a beautiful sunset sky in a calm lake. Rollinsville is located in the mountains southwest of the city of Boulder, on the flank of a hill above South Boulder Creek along State Highway 119 between Nederland and Black Hawk. It consists of a small cluster of residences and several businesses at the terminus of the road leading westward up to Rollins Pass at the summit of the Front Range and continental divide. The population as of the 2010 Census was 181.

Cloud to cloud lightning thunderstorm combustion striking in the sky over a country lake north east of Longmont Colorado and Boulder County. This is in SW Weld County.
