Start of the High Park Fire – Colorado

This was right after the fire started on Saturday morning 6-9-2012 and before the smoke spread out. About ten minutes earlier was the most incredible sight I have ever seen, looked like a bomb went off, a giant cloud. Did not have my camera and by the time I did, and got to a spot to get a shot it started to spread out. At this time today 6-11-2012 am 20,000 acres burned and not under control yet.
